‘What’s missing?’ Hommey founder Justin Kestelman asked himself when he pondered what business to start during the Covid pandemic lockdowns. His answer turned out to be a phenomenally successful, colour-divergent, affordable luxury homewares label for the thirty-something aesthete. Enter Hommey.
Hommey launched in 2021 and sold more than 1000 units of its cool, high-quality cushions and first-release homewares after just three months. Three years on, it has sold more than 50,000 units, is scaling into the United States and beyond, and has opened a store in Melbourne’s South Yarra.
